Casady had her end of the year field trip to the zoo this week. The weather was perfect and we got to meet the newest addition to the zoo...Malee the baby elephant! She is super cute. Here are a few pictures of the our day.

This is a exhibit where you go in and feed these colorful birds. They like to land on you and some even like to bite ya!! Casady was not phased by a little bite and loved when a bird would land on her arm!
We got to see the giraffes up close this time!
Our zoo build this super cool habitat for our elephants. Here is the sweet baby with her mama!She is just over a month old. Next to the others she looks so small, but she weighed 304 lbs. when she was born!
